HOW WE ENSURE EFFECTIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our effective project management is based on the standards that we have introduced and that are observed by our project managers in their daily work. These standards and our project managers' experience enable them to efficiently handle projects of various complexity, from simple document translation into one target language to projects with tight deadlines and numerous target languages.
Below you will find a description of a simplified process for carrying out a project.
We receive your request
The project manager evaluates the context and specifics and, if necessary, clarifies any issues related to carrying out the project.
We prepare a competitive quotation
The project manager calculates the cost of the project and submits it to you along with details of the optimal deadline for completing the translation.
We receive your acceptance
The project manager receives your acceptance of the quotation. The material to be translated is prepared for sending to the translator(s). The project manager selects the most suitable translator(s) from the project management system and sends them the material along with any instructions or notes provided by you.
We register your order in the XTRF project management system
All received orders are registered in the project management system. This allows us to monitor the project progress and to save the details of previous projects, which in turn enables us to search for all professionals involved in carrying out any previous projects.
We check the translation
In accordance with your order we will provide:
a) proofreading
b) editing and proofreading
c) editing, proofreading and QA (Quality Assurance).
You receive the completed translation
Prior to sending you the completed translation, the project manager will ensure that the quality is adequate and that your instructions have been followed.
